Biography
A Life of Faith, Service, and Scholarship
The arc of Dr. Ware's life is one of consistent obedience: a boy who served at the altar, a soldier who served his country, and a man who now serves the Church of Jesus Christ.
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Dr. Kevin B. Ware grew up in a community shaped by faith, family, and resilience. From his earliest years, he sensed a calling on his life that would later carry him from the altar of a local church to pulpits across the nation.
After answering the call to serve his country, Dr. Ware spent more than 20 years in the United States military, advancing into senior leadership at the Department of Defense before retiring with full honors in 2019.
Even while in uniform, his theological formation never stopped. He has earned eight credentials, including two PhDs—one in Apostolic Order and another in Christian Counseling—alongside a Doctorate of Theology and dual master's degrees in Urban and Spiritual Warfare.
Today he stands as Chief Apostle, Jurisdictional Prelate, founder of New Faith Ministries Jurisdictional Bible Institute and Theological Seminary, published author, and sought-after speaker.
